Cephalometric analysis based on panoramic radiography (or on the panoramic projection of volumetric tomography) that allows the measurement of the patient’s cranio-mandibular and dentoalveolar structures in the sagittal, vertical and transverse directions, basing their values on the patient’s symmetry and proportionality. It is a linear analysis and also a graphic analysis that through geometric figures such as triangles, rectangles and squares achieves the diagnostic conclusion in a faster, more effective and efficient way.
